Abstract. The development of the world of tourism at this time is very mushrooming with a variety of concepts and models to satisfy the desires of the lovers of natural beauty spots. Kadiwono Village is one of the villages located in Ring I of PT Semen Indonesia, in Bulu District, Rembang Regency, Central Java Province. Kadiwono village has great village potential, so there must be a movement from the young generation or village youth who use and manage it. The development of the fostered village is focused on Kadiwono Village as one of the tourist destinations, which at this time should be more directed to the destination village tourism. Because only with these tourist villages, income and economic improvement will occur properly. Given the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires the development of all lines of life using the internet base so that the industrial revolution 4.0 is always identified with the internet of things. The purpose of community service activities is to identify innovations that can be developed in Kadiwono Village to be directed as supporters of ecotourism, direct existing human resources to be able to increase economic resilience in Kadiwono Village, and develop and initiate managers and communities to be able to take advantage of the use of the internet as media to promote tourist village destinations. The direction of entering the village of Kadiwono is already available tourist attractions so it is very easy to give a touch of new vehicle rides at these tourist attractions. Local potential in the form of livestock and teak wood is developed to increase economic security for the people of Kadiwono Village. Workshop related to the use of animal feed that is in the vicinity of the environment so that cattle fat can be more quickly maintained by the community. The promotional media of Kadiwono village through social media has done well.
