Abstract. Sumber Rejeki Farmer Group is a combination of cocoa farmers in four hamlets and spearheading the Cocoa Village. This Farmer Group has been our Community Service partner for the past three years. Farmer groups and KWT have been able to produce several processed chocolate products using government assistance. Production carried out by farmer groups and KWT is still small scale and depends on the pre-order system. Nevertheless, there are still some obstacles faced by farmer groups and KWT in facing large market opportunities. First, farmer groups and KWT have low knowledge of the characteristics of the products desired by the market. Second, there is still lack of ability to develop products. From the above problems, it is necessary to hold a training related to the development of processed raw chocolate to produce products that are in accordance with market demands, have competitiveness and provide alternative culinary choices typical of Kulonprogo.
