Abstract. Posyandu is a health service facility that plays a vital role especially in the growth and development of babies aged 0 – 5 years. All Posyandu activities are carried out and managed independently by the community. The officers at the posyandu are cadres who volunteer to devote their time to managing the posyandu. In a preliminary study at the Posyandu in Kulwaru Village, Kulon Progo Regency, it was found that most of the cadres were overwhelmed in terms of recording, archiving, and report recapitulation that still done manually. Universitas Gadjah Mada community service team implemented an electronic-based posyandu management information system to overcome the problem. Cadres in six posyandus in Kulwaru Village, Kulon Progo Regency were given training and mentoring by Universitas Gadjah Mada community service team to be able to use and implement an electronic-based posyandu management information system in posyandu’s operational activities. The cadres felt very helped because the data can be stored and traced back easily. In addition, the report recapitulation can also be done quickly.
